During your stay make the most of the two-mile long, beautiful lake by wild-swimming, paddleboarding or relaxing in the floating sauna. On land you will have access to grass and clay tennis courts, an outdoor heated swimming pool, the BioGym, running trails, outdoor games and kids will love the adventure play.

This brand new Koto Ki has been sensitively designed with one open facade, framing stunning views overlooking the lake. The space has been thoughtfully designed to enjoy the sanctuary of Fritton Lake and celebrate the simple pleasures of life. Relax with a book on the sun soaked deck, enjoy the views of the lake from the bubble-jet wood-fired hot tub or snuggle up on the sofa next to the wood-burning stove. This retreat, situated within the Hillwood Area of the club, is peaceful and secluded.

This three bed retreat offers spacious living accommodation, with 2 king-size rooms and one twin. There are two bathrooms - one with a heavenly bath-tub, the other a waterfall shower room. The lodge has 2 Smart TVs, Nespresso Coffee machine and a well-stocked games cupboard.

Find out more about our activities

The farmland around Fritton Lake has gradually been restored to self-management, leading to the protection and restoration of carefully managed sustainable wildland that is now home to free-roaming deer, cattle, water buffalo, sheep, ponies, pigs and rich bird and plant life.

Guests are encouraged to book onto nature and foraging safaris or join our rewilding team to learn from and improve our natural ecosystem. Our menu is developed around food provided by our nature restoration project and complemented by produce from only the very best local suppliers, creating a sustainable feast for members, holidaymakers and guests. We take great pride in creating dishes which work with the seasons, reduce food miles and taste fantastic.
