How can I become a member?

To become a member please visit our membership page on our website to register your interest.

How much does membership cost?

Membership is only sold by single adult, joint, young adult or child membership. Adult (31+) £725 | Joint Adult (31+) £1350 | Young adult (21-30) £525 | Joint Young adult (21-30) £1000 | Child (3-20) £425 | Family Membership (2 Adults & 2 Children) £2100 plus £25 application fee per adult.

Can I pay by direct debit?

We recommend full payment, however we can accept a directdebit if required (this will incur a 5% admin fee)

When will my membership start?

As soon as your payment has been made, your 12-month contract will be active.

Can I bring additional guests?

All additional guests will need to be registered prior to arrival. You are welcome to bring your chosen guest to use the Clubhouse, countryside walks and lawn sports – However full membership will be required for use of any water based activities and use of the gym.

Do you offer day membership?

We do not currently offer any day membership passes.

Can I bring my dog with me?

You are welcome to bring your dog in to the Clubhouse and terrace. However there are certain restricted areas close to the main facilities – Please see the club map

Holidays (13)

What time do I check in?

The check in time differs depending on the type of accommodation you have booked. For the Cabins the check in time is 4pm. For any Clubroom or Cottage stays the check in time is 2pm. 2 hour early check in available at £75 subject to availability – please call to book.

What time do I check out?

The check out time is 10am for all accommodation types (Cabins, Cottages & Clubrooms).

Where do I collect my keys?

Upon arrival to Fritton Lake (once through the wooden entry gates) you will continue down the lane, past 2 cattle grids. This will take you to the Clubhouse on the right-hand side. From here you will need to visit reception to check in.

Can I bring a BBQ?

You are welcome to bring a portal BBQ as long as this is positioned 2 meters away from the property – Disposable BBQ’s are not allowed.

What does my cabin include?

Your Cabin bedrooms will be made up for your arrival, including use of towels. As standard there is a fully equipped kitchen with the essential utensils, oven wear and crockery. Bathrooms are supplied with toilet roll, shower and hand washing products.

Our cabins with a wood fired hot tub are listed on the website. On arrival you will be supplied a bag of logs, firelighters, matches and hot tub instructions on how to heat. It can take a couple of hours to heat depending on the weather temperature. Alternatively, we can heat ready for a standard 4pm arrival at an additional charge of £50, if you would like to add this to your reservations, please contact us a minimum 48-hours prior to arrival on 01493 484008.

Can I bring my own wood?

Only sustainably sourced wood can be used which you are able to purchase through us by visiting the reception team.

What do I need to bring on holiday?

We recommend the following items: a torch, binoculars, wellies and outdoor/indoor games. We also ask that when packing for your holiday, you please leave any excess rubbish at home by removing unnecessary packaging on items such as toiletries and correctly recycling where possible.

How many people does a cabin sleep?

Our cabins vary, each property listed on our website states the maximum occupancy numbers, which includes infants. If you are found to have more people in a Cabin than stated, Fritton Lake reserves the right to cancel your booking and remove you from the resort.

Can I bring extra guests?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept any day guests. Temporary membership is only available for the party members already included in your holiday.

What happens if I need to cancel my holiday?

If you need to cancel your holiday, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations outside of 4 weeks prior to arrival will be subject to the loss of a non-refundable £ 50 deposit. Inside of 4 weeks prior to your arrival, the cancellation fee would be 100% loss of the accommodation cost. To ensure your holiday is protected, we recommend that all guests take out insurance to cover last-minute cancellations.

Can I transfer my holiday dates?

If you need to transfer your holiday dates to later in the same calendar year – please contact our team on 01493 484 008 to discuss the options. Please note all amendments will incur an administration fee of £15.

How do I recycle whilst on holiday?

We have dedicated an area close to the accommodation to allow excess waste to be correctly sorted and recycled with ease. Further information can be found on your confirmation regarding our sustainability policy.
