During your stay make the most of the two-mile long, beautiful lake by wild-swimming, paddleboarding or relaxing in the floating sauna. On land you will have access to grass and clay tennis courts, an outdoor heated swimming pool, the BioGym, running trails, outdoor games and kids will love the adventure play.

Surrounded by picturesque woodlands, this beautiful three-bedroom retreat sleeps up to six people. With generous, light and airy open plan living, it offers an excellent space to spend time with family or friends. Parking is next to the retreat and the property is accessed by steps leading up to the decked terrace where you'll also find a sunken hot tub. The decked terrace is a lovely spot for those al fresco family meals. With a master bedroom with walk through wardrobe and ensuite shower room and two further twin rooms sharing a large family bathroom, there is more than enough space for six guests. The wood burning stove not only provides warmth but also atmosphere as it gets cooler.

PLEASE NOTE: During the school holidays the presence of dogs is prohibited on resort.

Find out more about our activities

The farmland around Fritton Lake has gradually been restored to self-management, leading to the protection and restoration of carefully managed sustainable wildland that is now home to free-roaming deer, cattle, water buffalo, sheep, ponies, pigs and rich bird and plant life.

Guests are encouraged to book onto nature and foraging safaris or join our rewilding team to learn from and improve our natural ecosystem. Our menu is developed around food provided by our nature restoration project and complemented by produce from only the very best local suppliers, creating a sustainable feast for members, holidaymakers and guests. We take great pride in creating dishes which work with the seasons, reduce food miles and taste fantastic.
