The day will begin with welcome introductions in the clubhouse, followed by two workshops and a nutritious lunch.

During the first workshop, Madeleine will share the story behind JUNI & CO. You will be guided through your own relaxing hand and arm massage using a selection of carefully curated products. She will discuss simple changes you can introduce to your self-care, skincare and make-up routines so you can look and feel your best every day.

Pamela will join Madeleine for the second workshop focussing on how good nutrition effects skin health and longevity. She will discuss:

  • key nutrients needed for the skin,
  • collagen supplements,
  • identifying the root causes of skin issues,
  • the gut – skin axis,
  • supporting the microbiome,
  • how to reduce inflammation,
  • the role of antioxidants,
  • and intermittent fasting – fad or fantastic?

A two course skin-nourishing lunch will be served including local and seasonal ingredients mentioned in Pamela’s workshop.

There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions, make new friendships and enjoy the Fritton Lake facilities before heading home with a generous goodie bag.
