Fritton Lake is delighted to present Summer Screens, in collaboration with Cinema City and Norwich Film Festival.
Saturday 30th May | Film starts at 7:30pm
Join us for a special screening of Notting Hill (1999), starring Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant. Set in London’s Notting Hill, the film follows the unexpected romance between a bookshop owner and a world-famous actress.
As dusk falls, Fritton Lake will transform into an outdoor cinema under the stars, creating an experience unlike any other within the natural setting of the club.
But the film is only part of the story.
For guests of members, or non-members, your ticket gives you access to Fritton Lake for the day, providing a chance to experience Fritton as it’s meant to be, before settling in for the evening.
Set within 1,000 acres of rewilded landscape, you’re free to explore at your own pace. Swim in the two-mile lake, move between the floating sauna and heated outdoor pool, spend time at the clubhouse, make use of the bio-gym, play tennis on the private courts or simply find a quiet spot and stay there before the screening begins.
As the evening draws in lakeside, with food and drinks.
What to expect:
- Full day access to the estate
- Use of the lake, pool, sauna and clubhouse
- Outdoor screening of Notting Hill at 7:30pm
- Food and drinks available via the clubhouse
- Straw Bales will be available, BYO seating, blankets / chairs are also encouraged
Open to all, with limited tickets available, this promises to be a memorable day, bringing together cinema and the outdoors.
