WILD RESET WEEKEND
16–18 January 2026
A New Kind of Start to the Year at Fritton Lake
This January, slow down, breathe deeply, and rediscover your natural rhythm.
Wild Reset Weekend is our new winter wellness experience, designed to restore strength, clarity, and connection through movement, reflection, and nourishment.
Set across our 1000-acre lakeside landscape, the weekend blends fitness, boxing, yoga, meditation, and restorative workshops led by inspiring practitioners including:
Bobby Harrison, Founder of HUSTLE, Shelf Help Club’s Toni Jones, Hannah Davies, Maggie Klein, Maude Hirst and Rose Kismet.
This isn’t about resolutions, it’s about real energy. The kind that comes from fresh air, wild water, good movement, nourishing field-to-fork dining and time shared with others. When the day draws to a close, you’ll retreat to the comfort of your boutique accommodation, resting under Norfolk’s wild skies before waking up to another morning by the lake.
Places are limited, so book now to secure your reset.
THE WEEKEND PROGRAMME
FRIDAY 16 JANUARY: ARRIVAL & GROUNDING
Check in from mid-afternoon, explore the grounds at your own pace, then ease into the weekend with an evening sound bath session.
Sound Bath with Rose Kismet
A deeply restorative sound meditation designed to bring you into a dreamlike Theta state. Expect the immersive, resonant sounds of gongs, monochord, bowls, drums, and percussions, guiding you into deep relaxation and energetic rebalance.
SATURDAY 17 JANUARY: WILD RESET DAY
Workshops run morning and afternoon, so every guest can experience the full programme at their own pace, with the option to enjoy four workshops, a seasonal lunch and enjoy Fritton’s wider facilities.
Box with Bobby Harrison, Founder of Hustle Norwich
This session teaches you the boxing basics so you’ll feel more confident stepping into boxing in the future. You’ll learn stance, footwork, straight shots, hooks, defence, and how to move with purpose – all broken down clearly so you understand why and how each movement works. Expect simple cues, clear coaching, and plenty of reps to build good habits.
Reflect & Reset with Toni Jones, Founder of Shelf Help Club and Bibliotherapist
A seasonal self-care workshop designed to support your mental and emotional wellbeing as we move into a new year. Pause, reflect, and take stock: What served you well last year? What drained you? What do you want more of in 2026? This session helps you identify what mattered most, release what didn’t, and set intentions that genuinely light you up.
Yoga with Hannah Davies
NRG Flow – The class moves at a dynamic pace, linking intentional movement with steady, rhythmic breathing to create heat and encourage a deep mind-body connection. Expect a creative sequence of standing postures, balancing shapes, core work, and playful transitions designed to challenge you while improving mobility and awareness.
As the class draws to an end we will hold space for a complete surrender – savasana – an invitation to simply be, absorbing the practice, allowing you to emerge refreshed and grounded.
Making Meditation Your Superpower, with Maude Hirst
In a world full of noise and distraction, meditation becomes your internal anchor. This session will help you build a powerful toolkit for managing stress, sleep, focus, and emotional clarity using breathwork and simple mental techniques.
Wild Reset Lunch
Enjoy a field-to-fork lunch, crafted by the Fritton Lake Kitchen using seasonal produce.
Lunch is included within your ticket; drinks may be purchased on the day.
SUNDAY 18 JANUARY: RESET & RESTORE
Recovery Run with Maggie Klein, Founder of Plodders Run Club
Ease into the final morning with an inclusive and uplifting 5km recovery run through the Fritton landscape. Designed for all levels, this is a supportive, community-led run to ease the body and clear the mind.

Fritton Lake is a holiday club set in the heart of 1000-acre rewinding project. Luxury accommodation, a delicious estate sourced menu, two-mile lake for wild swimming with floating sauna, outdoor heated pool, grass and clay tennis and a sustainable gym set in the beautiful Norfolk countryside.
Try out our lake and land activities, there is something for all ages.

The farmland around Fritton Lake has gradually been restored to self-management, leading to the protection and restoration of carefully managed sustainable wildland that is now home to free-roaming deer, cattle, water buffalo, sheep, ponies, pigs and rich bird and plant life.
Guests are encouraged to book onto nature and foraging safaris or join our rewilding team to learn from and improve our natural ecosystem. Our menu is developed around food provided by our nature restoration project and complemented by produce from only the very best local suppliers, creating a sustainable feast for members, holidaymakers and guests. We take great pride in creating dishes which work with the seasons, reduce food miles and taste fantastic.
