Meditation & Mindfulness

Join Emma for:

Thursday 23rd October 19:00-20:00

Sunday 30th November 11:15-12:15

Unwind and reset as you’re guided through a range of meditations to bring your awareness to the present moment, allowing distractions and internal dialogue to fade into the background so that calm can be restored.

Meditation and mindfulness offer a multitude of significant benefits to your health and wellbeing. During this session alone your mind and body can move into the ‘relaxation response’ where stress related hormones can reduce by 30-40%, heart rate and blood pressure lower, and tension is released.

Key benefits of meditation:
  • Reduce stress, anxiety & pain
  • Reduce blood pressure, cholesterol & cellular aging
  • Improve sleep & emotional regulation
  • Help support & regulate the nervous system
  • Improve focus, creativity & productivity
  • Improve working memory & immune system functioning
  • Cultivate a positive & compassionate outlook
  • Bring a sense of calm, space & clarity
