Richard Edrich Cert Ed, MSc, PhD Student at the University of Suffolk
Richard Edrich has been an exercise referral specialist and personal trainer for over 20 years, working alongside individuals with specific conditions that can be managed or improved with exercise. Richard holds numerous qualifications in fitness, nutrition, sports conditioning and education. Furthermore, he holds an MSc in Strength and Conditioning Science and performed research into lower back pain in junior tennis players and the effectiveness of different training approaches on muscle growth. More recently, Richard has begun his PhD at the University of Suffolk to explore effective exercise interventions for those managing stroke and acquired brain injury (ABI) and managing the onset of sarcopenia.

Regardless of technical level or physical ability, all training sessions consider evidence based practice (EBP) and the latest scientific developments in exercise and training.
